      Pros

      ambitious, successful, ever changing and challenging. Employee stock participation means employees are rewarded for their work beyond salary and are encouraged to make the company succeed. Intelligent people who are working to move this country toward a reduction in greenhouse gases as quickly as possible.

      Cons

      Long hours are sometimes expected. Planning is still somewhat hectic given the rapid rate of change.
