Pros

+ Lot of possibilities to learn from others + Highly functional synchronization processes

Cons

- High fluctuation on positions in US. Especially frequent changes of Product Managers affect engineering quite significantly

Pros

Great people and great work-life balance -- the best if I compare with another employers I've had. Very interesting projects where you can enjoy yourself. People want to move forward and are motivated to do new things.

Cons

Huge techdebt on some products and huge amount of customer issues coming to the engineering (related, right?). Company is driven mainly by business results and hence cutting down the techdebt isn't easy (not enough space).
