      No new features or enhancements have been added to the products in a long time. • There are problems across all departments, with outside parties, courts, internal teams, and HR. • The CEO friends from Pules has committed many violations and they are immune no one can question them even legal department

      Encouraging everyone at SolarWinds to share their thoughts on Glassdoor is important. It's evident that management issues persist across departments.

      Cons

      If this were just a typical workplace challenge, I would simply label it as a company with poor management and an unfavorable outlook, urging others to seek alternative employment. However, the situation is far more dire. To address the problem, the current leadership, tainted by nepotism and questionable relationships, must step aside, as their influence has negatively impacted the company.
