      Pros

      not bad if you hit your number but only about 10% really do consistently software is easy to sell if the customer doesn't hate solarwinds sales reps already

      Cons

      will micromanage you like crazy if you don't fake metrics you will blow up deals acting under management orders to harass customers

      The company was a pretty fun place to work when business was good. Once we got past the 20% growth every year, the tension became a bit more palpable.

      Cons

      Politics are certainly a factor when working here.
