      Pros

      Moves fast, lots of opportunity to grow and get unique global experiences. Great compensation opportunities both short and long term. Company goes above and beyond to take care of their employees (e.g. hurricane relief, free lunches, drinks, snacks, etc.)

      Cons

      Company gets a bad wrap from a very specific function where the work is intense but the company is clear up front which isn't fair to management but would also say this role is not for the faint of heart...which I personally am a fan of the pace.

      Ability to influence and drive positive changes is awesome. Engineering teams are incredibly smart people Great perks free lunches, parties, etc.), great people, great culture Cloud (SaaS) products are awesome Newly hired leadership is very strong.

      Cons

      Not supportive of remote employees Delayed making required changes too long
