Cons

The CEO of this company is one of the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever met. He has no personality or charisma, and he is only interested in hiring his friends and using the company as a way to enrich himself and his buddies. The work environment is toxic and demoralizing, and there is no opportunity for advancement unless you are one of the CEO's favorites.

Little to none, some lower rank people had been great but most have jumped ship at this stage.

Cons

Constantly changing with what appears to be an out of desperation/idea tactic, it's resulting in bad decisions over and over again and nothing constructive can be executed well. Below grade hiring practices for last few years has split the entire organization, way too much politics not a good workplace. Nothing is progressing forward, the competition are miles ahead.
