* The teams are great to work with. * Individual teams work with their freedom. * Infrastructure is picking up and is good for the size of the company.

Cons

* Processes slow down the work. But nothing different from other places. * Work from the office doesn't make sense for some teams and people. * Collaborating across regions will be a little challenge. But the company is fully supportive of making it more flexible and not too much is expected.
