      Pros

      This company provides good salaries and it's also a solid company. You'll learn a wide variety of products, improve your knowledge and have some benefits if you do well.

      Cons

      constant change and cycles of pressure when things don't go well. Most of these situations that lead to these pressure cycles were avoidable if the company did truly worry about retaining talent and actively listened to what their employees are saying. We can't satisfy all but we also know that when a considerable amount of people complain about the same things it's not a matter of "oh well, perks of being a large company, we can't please everyone" - that's dismissive.

      Pros

      The new CEO genuinely cares about the employees and is very transparent which I appreciate. He seems very hands on and involved with all the changes happening. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and the company is almost always hiring. The people who work here are very smart and I am very happy with my team, everyone is collaborative and happy to help. You can tell the company really cares about retaining employees from all the initiatives they have been offering like internal transfer opportunities and referral incentives. -Competitive Compensation -Great overall benefits: 401k, healthcare options -Flexible work from home

      Cons

      This is a very fast-paced environment which isn't a bad thing- just be ready to work hard.
