When in office, (post covid) lunch was catered twice a week Team is great, everyone works very well together Management is usually understanding and compassionate Always room to grow and learn

Cons

It's important to negotiate the highest salary you can before getting hired, after you are hired, it is much more difficult to negotiate pay at that point

Communication from the executive levels and cross-functional teams could be improved. There is not much diversity , especially on the executive teams.
