      Major lack of direction from upper management; INCREDIBLY low pay; tried to justify low salaries with EAR payments that were way less than anticipated

      Pros

      Positive, supportive and motivating leadership. Great peers and teammates that work well together. Always dynamically changing so never boring, and always have something you can contribute value to. If you invest in your time there to add value, they invest in you!

      Cons

      Run extremely lean at times and budgets can be tight which limits the ability to have access to more modern tools to get your job done more fluidly so you have to be creative at times. Career paths are not always clearly defined or accessible but with the new VP of HR I foresee that improving b/c she has done amazing things already for the company.
