Good compensation, dept management listens to our opinion. It was a great company to work for.

Cons

Local employees in my area are hard to deal with due to favoritism, they rather make themselves look good and try to pull down the other to gain favor to other employees. Teams are always changing and moving people around.

I joined the company with high hopes for a positive work environment, but unfortunately, the reality was quite the opposite. The management at this company is toxic and detrimental to both individual growth and overall team morale. From day one, it was evident that the management had a disregard for employee well-being and consistently fostered a toxic atmosphere. They displayed a lack of respect towards employees, belittling and demeaning them instead of providing constructive feedback and support. The constant micromanagement stifled creativity and autonomy, leaving employees feeling demoralized and undervalued. Additionally, favoritism and nepotism were rampant, creating an environment of inequality and unfairness. Those who were close to the management were given preferential treatment and opportunities, regardless of their qualifications or performance. This not only undermined the meritocracy but also created a sense of resentment and division within the team. Moreover, communication within the company was extremely poor. Important decisions were made behind closed doors without any transparency or involvement of the affected teams. This lack of transparency led to confusion and frustration among employees, further eroding trust in the management. The negative impact of the toxic management extended beyond individual employees. The overall company culture suffered, with low employee morale and high turnover rates. Talented individuals who could have contributed greatly to the company's success were driven away due to the toxic environment created by the management. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this company due to its toxic management practices. A healthy work environment is crucial for employee well-being and productivity, and unfortunately, this company falls short in that regard. It is my hope that the management recognizes the need for change and takes steps to create a positive and supportive workplace culture.
