      Pros

      Coworkers are really nice and there are snacks

      Cons

      Turn river put a death sentence on this company when they bought us. Welcome to the world of price gouging. Upper management and corporate are blind with dollar signs and don't give a crap about the customer. I give it 3-5 years before SolarWinds is irrelevant after Turn River milks them dry and spits them out

      Pros

      Its been 3 months for me working at Solarwinds. I was onboarded with a mentor, guiding me throughout the nuances of the work. My manager was very cooperative and also provides me the flexibility to make my own decisions which is important as a designer.

      Cons

      Thus far I do not see any cons that are alarming to me.
