- The ability to make six figures in the first year is very realistic - Lunch every Friday from top end restaurants, breakfast from places like chic filet or torchs is that uncommon, stacked fridge and snacks - Awards given to top producers quarterly - Awesome products

Cons

Continue to spend time with new employees to assure they've been trained right for there role. It's a very hard job so the right manager makes all the difference

It is a really fast paced company. you will not see alot of sitting around and doing nothing. or working on projects that simply get canceled. the company overall treats employees respectfully. the office environment is not bad at all. the twice a week lunches are OK. the quarterly bonus really helps you keep going vs an annual bonus.

Cons

too much short term focus on stock price. the company is left and right trying to move from one country to an other in hope of cheaper staff. the company rush into external market does not appear to be exactly paying off. you will have to report to the right people for your hardwork to get noticed.
