A place where you can learn a lot, but seems to be going a bit downhill
Pros
- Pleasant and highly profesional work environment - Generaly solid engineering practices - Great potential to learn a bunch of different things; you are welcome to contribute outside of your primary role and there are some trully exceptional engineers you can learn from
Cons
- Both technical and product leadership seems out of touch and totally absent "on the ground" - the result is chaos, lack of clear technical vision that everyone could align on, etc. - Weak grip on product development (UX department is next to useless, inexperienced PMs seem in such a rush to satisfy unrealistic expectations from leadership that they have no time left to see the bigger picture). - Seems like a lot of the best talent has been gradually leaving the company for a while now and this is compensated by onboarding cheap contractor teams of very dubious quality.
