      Like any fast-moving tech company, priorities can shift quickly. Sometimes deadlines feel tight, and cross-team coordination can get challenging when new initiatives are rolled out.

      Too many org and leadership changes. Unsteady knowing if you will have a job or not the next day.

      Pros

      Camaraderie with team members and leadership too. This is a rare environment to find that kind of thing where everyone is fully engaged at every level. Implementation timelines are pretty fast when changes are requested depending on the size of the project, with engineering cranking out changes to products as needed, keeping in line with product requirements. Also, management on the T/R side is great to work with too. Oh yes, great pay and benefits also.

      Cons

      I actually do not have anything in the way of cons at the moment. SolarWinds is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. T/R is as well.
