      moderate salary, some flexibility in working hours

      Cons

      You can work there if you like unorganized environment, frequently changing teams-managers- priotisations. Working infrastructure not enough settled for ongoing projects, always needs new initiatives, and you'll be organizing all project planning-management-meeting-decision-implementation process. Be prepared not to be appreciated with your work, and be asked not enough in the end.

      I recently completed my onboarding and am very pleased with the experience. The team and management have been highly supportive and have made me feel genuinely welcome. I also appreciate the strong emphasis on work-life balance, which is not always easy to find.

      Cons

      The freedom is empowering, but new joiners might need to proactively seek out context or resources during their onboarding.
