      Reasonable money for Brno and nothing more.

      Cons

      - they are telling about honesty and open culture but opposite is the truth - people are fired because being honest - I’ve never seen such noisy and childish environment - enormous open space - incompetent, selfish and helpless HR - typical czech style management

      Pros

      It's a solid company that has a bright future. Always growing and the CEO has so much energy that you get pumped after attending a meeting with him.

      Cons

      Salaries are terrible and management is terrible. Too many "managers" for the amount of "workers". No work/life balance. No appreciation of hard-work from management as it's all about the "numbers".

      During my time in SolarWinds Cork, here are some highlights. Gained experience with excellent products that are industry leading Advanced my career Exposed to new areas of IT Management as the company widened its portfolio Benefited from a positive, fun 'work hard - play hard' culture in Cork and worked among some great people at the top who genuinely care. Experienced a truly fast paced and dynamic environment which was rarely boring!

      Daily Sales model is a challenge for staff to sustain in the long term and has some negative repercussions throughout the business.
