Pros

Liberty to express opinions on technology and demonstrate the same Pay is really decent. Flexible work-timing, decent leave benefits and RSUs

Cons

Lack of better leadership (implies 'lack of better future plans/roadmap", "shaky plans") Partiality between sites, may be due to politics (implies transfer the product dev work from one site to other, even if its doing good) No respect to colleagues across sites (within site, all are cordial and did get along well as ONE team) Communications from CEO KT would be non-helpful to employees, sometimes his email carries religious information, which would sound funny and not nice:-( Local management is also poor overall (except a very handful managers)

Pros

Great people and great work-life balance -- the best if I compare with another employers I've had. Very interesting projects where you can enjoy yourself. People want to move forward and are motivated to do new things.

Cons

Huge techdebt on some products and huge amount of customer issues coming to the engineering (related, right?). Company is driven mainly by business results and hence cutting down the techdebt isn't easy (not enough space).

Pros

The staff working the phones/cases are great. The pay is above average.

Cons

Support Management team is disconnected, they are nearly invisible during the day and don't realize how bad moral is among staff. Employee back-fill is slow and painful. The support team is constantly understaffed and overworked. Bottom line, sales is all that matters. Good customer support is a distant 2nd or 3rd.
