      Amazing career growth but too much organizational change

      Pros

      I started working at this company when it was still LogicNow, and felt that the managers truly were invested in seeing all employees grow in the direction that they wanted professionally.

      Cons

      Tech companies are always getting acquired and there was far too much organizational change on a regular basis. There was never enough time to really develop true team bonds that were consistent.
