- You get to deal with a multitude of latest technologies - Flexible working hours

Cons

- Cheap is the word of the day, everyday - Managers get to be managers just because they are old in the company, no management skills - No paid overtime

Pros

Great atmosphere (however family culture is gone), open minded environment. Company appreciates key players. Anyone can speak freely.

Cons

Higher management changes direction every 3 months without strong vision for the future. Architecture many times choose terrible decision. Promotion are quite slow even though such person is already doing such position for several months.
