      decent company for a while, but lots had changes with management and company vision to not be a good fit for me.

      Cons

      pay was on the lower side and management was not consistent in their treatment/goals

      1. Everyday comes with a new challenge, which improves my set of skills, pushing me to the next level. 2. Working at Solarwinds is like being a part of a family where your ideas are always welcome and the atmosphere is all about sharing information, teamwork and friendship. 3. Solarwinds management always shows their appreciation for my hard work and effort. 4. Solarwinds takes part in community volunteering.

      Friendly co workers, great environment. Management is very cooperative and supportive.

      Pre Covid no option of WFH hopefully post Covid there would be such an option.
