      Good culture to help each other. Overwhelmingly feature-dominant product portfolio in network monitoring.

      Their area of expertise, network monitoring, is becoming an old technology. They are trying to move into the new field, observability engineering, but they are still struggling.

      Cons

      You can never learn anything if you will not do self-study. Also, the CEO seems not sure about all the decisions the company makes. There is no career growth here as they just do not care about your work. You will feel like you are others or not into the team.
