      I cant thank you enough for submitting my resume to SolarWinds! This was definitely a turning point for my life, I am enjoying the work I do and the people I am surrounded with. The atmosphere is always positive and ... don't know what else to say.. THANK YOU!

      Pros

      I've been with the company for over 4 years now and can genuinely say it's the best place I've ever worked. I've been given lots of opportunities to grow and develop my own career. The company are fantastic at giving employees scope to further their careers and I've seen countless examples of internal promotions. I'd also like to point out that I think the way the company has responded to the covid-19 crisis has been quick and efficient. Offices were closed quickly as soon as the situation in each location warranted it and messages from the business have been clear. The CEO has been doing regular video updates which have been reassuring and overall the mood within the company remains positive.

      Cons

      SolarWinds can be very fast paced. For me this isn't a con and I think this type of environment suits me but I agree that for some it might be.
