      Pros

      I have worked in different countries and environments over many years and have to say SolarWinds provides exciting challenges, autonomy to do your job, superb coaching and learning and development is in palcea, fabulous colleagues, a definite work life balance, and a very diverse multi national culture with almost 20 different nationalities which creates a very supportive and positive environment. Some inspiring leaders in the business who are passionate about the success of their people in their teams.

      Cons

      I echo the previous comment on fast paced- personally i love it but can see it wouldnt be for everybody. But if you love a challenge and juggling multiple tasks and priorities this is definitely the place to be.

      Pros

      SolarWinds is a healthy business that is "turning the tide" on how they treat employees. Recently, there have been multiple initiatives launched to rebuild the corporate culture. My hope is that leadership adopts a new way of doing things and aligns to the culture we would like to build.

      Cons

      SolarWinds operates as if it was a startup. It is high growth which means things move fast... sometimes too fast.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for over 4 years now and can genuinely say it's the best place I've ever worked. I've been given lots of opportunities to grow and develop my own career. The company are fantastic at giving employees scope to further their careers and I've seen countless examples of internal promotions. I'd also like to point out that I think the way the company has responded to the covid-19 crisis has been quick and efficient. Offices were closed quickly as soon as the situation in each location warranted it and messages from the business have been clear. The CEO has been doing regular video updates which have been reassuring and overall the mood within the company remains positive.

      Cons

      SolarWinds can be very fast paced. For me this isn't a con and I think this type of environment suits me but I agree that for some it might be.
