      -Great culture -Fun filled work environment -Nice Office and Location -Gives enough resources for people to grow to what they want to be. -Great leaders. Shoutout to Marjune Obana -Always have interesting activities and team bonding from time to time -Never a dull day at work due to interesting issues from time to time.

      -Average pay rate, besides that everything is perfect for this company I would say.

      SolarWinds has a huge customer base-great opportunity to learn and build relationships in the industry. Performance is rewarded. The culture is what you make it - if you stick around positive people and be a positive influence on others around you, it’s a really fulfilling place to work.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment can be a struggle for some. Frequent changes - if you aren’t adaptable, it might not be for you.
