Pros
-Professionally, it's easy to grow if you have legitimate experience. -Good location. -Great IT department.
Cons
-The reason why I left was simple, there is no transparency. My higher ups would tell me that honesty and transparency were a priority, and then they would tell me how good of a job they did convincing people to do what they wanted. It wasn't negotiating skills, they would lie to one to agree with the other. -They don't believe in recognition. If you do good, you do good because that's your job. If you go above and beyond, don't expect to receive a high five or a "good job" for it. -NEPOTISM is huge. If you go fishing with your boss and your wives are friends, you can help with decisions. -The culture makes it so that people have to agree with their higher ups, even if they disagree. Otherwise, you're put on a black list and will possibly get fired.
