Pros

I joined Solarwinds 1 year ago and what I like most is the flexibility they offer - you can focus solely on what you're hired to do or you can get involved in more projects and develop yourself in the direction you want. There's no micromanagement or pressure to work overtime, so as long as you have results you're appreciated and the management helped me to reach my goals.

Cons

There's a bit of disconnect between peers from different offices but everyone is willing to help and in the end you get what you need.

Informal atmosphere, opportunities for self-education and development, very technically strong team, close reach to development team. I really like the self-education offer (10 learning days).

Cons

Open space, but at least we can work from home.
