      Pros

      People are great, product is great. Company could use better direction, but overall really enjoy the company. You need to play politics like everywhere, but its a greatplace to learn valuable information and make great money.

      Cons

      General office work place politics. But that is everywhere and is not too prevalent. Succeed at your job and good things will follow.
