      1. The best leadership & management I have come across in my career 2. The best product line to learn about 3. Various initiatives have been taken to ensure that employees are learning continuously, such as certified courses, LinkedIn Learning, etc 4. CS team using advanced product insight tools to gauge customer engagement 5. Night Shift allowance

      Cons

      Nothing, as such that needs to be pointed out. But make sure to work on your visibility else it's easy to be lost in a big pool of talent.

      Good and informative onboarding process. Easy to understand and use systems etc. Great colleagues whom have been very helpful when in doubt about stuff and also quick in reply etc.

      Cons

      Somewhat unclear about certain stuff, for example who to turn to for ownership of a specific area when ideas or questions. Salesforce limitations regarding looking for, and thus also creating useful lists, when to target and start action on getting New Logos in a specific market. Should be easier for a salesrep to search and get history/info by themselves, thus able beeing more effective in every days work,
