      Working at SolarWinds is a positive experience. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, making it easy to feel part of the team. Management is approachable, helpful, and respectful of employees' time, ensuring that we stick to agreed working hours without unnecessary pressure. The onsite facilities are a big plus, with free coffee and snacks, an onsite gym with showers, and lunch once a week. The hybrid working model allows for flexibility between office and home work.
