      Non equitable benefits: check PTO and healthcare

      Smart people, free lunch twice a week

      Cons

      While salaries feel in line, overall comp and benefits are not. PTO and healthcare are poor. Don't look for good paternity or maternity leave or anything for adoptive parents. You won't find it here. Executive management seesaw on goals in a way that would be funny if it weren't so upsetting for all the people who really want to see projects to the end. (Focus more old shoring up old products! No! Focus on these new products! No! Focus on acquisitions!)

      This place is a total joke. My manager didn't care about me or my development, he never put time and energy into me to guide me or develop me despite my numerous attempts at creating opportunities to do so. My manager simply served the purpose of someone that asked for my forecast and of someone that gave me crap as I worked towards the number making it ultimately an awful experience. They believe that the sales model is the reason they are successful, however it is untrue and is actually because of the fantastic product they have and the moment that stops being the case they are doomed. You are coached to you sell a strategic product like a commodity in turn devaluing the product and creating an impression in the market that you will drop your pants at the first sight of a deal. Do Not Join!

      Good pay and Lower Management is excellent

      Cons

      Senior Management is unchanging, harsh, narrow minded and in my opinion lazy. They constantly move your quota based upon their personal whims and needs. They also micromanage and will grill you on every little thing they disagree with in your approach.
