      Pros

      If you want to progress and work hard, it is achievable. Free lunch twice a week, great people to work with.

      Cons

      constant shift in management resulting in it being outsourced with the new manager understanding little about british work culture, refusing to listen to others and ultimately demoralising the whole time.

      Ability to influence and drive positive changes is awesome. Engineering teams are incredibly smart people Great perks free lunches, parties, etc.), great people, great culture Cloud (SaaS) products are awesome Newly hired leadership is very strong.
