      Pros

      - 2 days home office (but it depends on the team you work in - some teams seem to have way more) - nice offices with parking places near center of the town - free Wednesday breakfasts - colleagues are nice to work with - and many other benefits (sick days ...)

      Cons

      I am working here for only 3 months and see no cons.
