      Pros

      A competitive salary is one of the reason why we chose to jump to a different company. But SW does not only merely focus on salary, we are FAMILY! We have work life balance and wellness Monday which the entire company is respecting one's mental health to take rest and reset!

      - Fun to work on Hybrid set up, it balances the work and life thing. - Great employee benefits for medical assistance, food allowances (Grab-N-Go and Onsite Meal) and the newly added, Pension Plan. - Supportive Leaders and Colleagues - I feel at home when I'm in the office
