      There are a lot of things good about the company.

      Cons

      Poor Managment, they have the play around politics and they do not have the ability to get things done (work) from employees. They always expect employees should drive themselves.

      Pros

      At first the free lunches seem like a good idea, until you see that it is like eating from a trough. Free beverages are always welcome. All these perks are to encourage employees not to leave the office.

      Cons

      The philosophy of "More butts in seats" and "Perception is Reality" shows just how flawed this company really is. Senior management is all about the veil of secrecy. Middle management, regular employees, and employees new to the company are not supported AT ALL and get blamed for everything. I keep hearing about all the really smart employees that leave and are happy just to be gone, they dont really care where they are going. Where is the company going? At this rate, there will no longer BE a company in another year.
