Pros
SolarWinds is a great place to work. Staff are generally highly enthusiastic, and are genuinely open, friendly and supportive to new starters. There is a strong appetite to improve how the organization operates and the results it delivers, which means it is open to new ways and approaches. There is always plenty of positive energy and goodwill from the many teams I engage with.
Cons
The organisation does have some rough edges, so if you would only feel comfortable working a smooth-running polished organization, SolarWinds might not be the place for you. On the other hand, if you appreciate a pragmatic, hands-on, "get stuff done" place, you might fit right in.
