I joined SolarWinds because of the great work culture, highly-skilled engineers team, and good benefits. It's just been close to 4 months here for me and I find here the team is very friendly and helpful. They provide a chance to work based on your interest and help you to improve your level of work. The company has a good work-life balance and great people leadership. There is flexibility in the work timing. There is very good process-driven work assignment and scheduling, and the engineering managers and product managers are very good at deciding what needs to be done to improve the products.
