      Pros

      Free food twice a week, nice office building in a decent part of town, some really good people

      Cons

      You really better like Jesus BC the CEO sends out some AMAZINGLY inappropriate emails if you are not a born again. This really is a factory like mentality and you need stamina to keep up. If you are looking for a hip start-up environment, you should look somewhere else.

      Pros

      My coworkers were smart, dedicated, and very good at their jobs. Compensation was decent and benefits were great.

      Cons

      Power games and little interest in employee input made for a very stressful environment. Getting the training or tools you needed to do your job could be really tough. Few defined career paths, with little or no encouragement to grow within company. Fox News on the break area TVs, with no way to change the channel. Eeek.
