      Pros

      Interesting job where you meet mostly smart and nice colleagues. There is no fixed work time nor timesheets.

      Cons

      The company is going through an acquisition, so the future is rather uncertain. The regular employees do not know much about it. Parking place is very limited, but it is a problem of the whole area.

      management is terrible. one manager collapsed on the floor from the stress of the job, i took two days off because a family member (my mother) was ill and they told me to FORGET THAT SH*T at home as i was off target, Targets are crazy, they increase by few hundred thousand a quarter after your first few months, Hate seeing people go for a walk or fresh air during the last 3 days of every month, Staff nights out are common but terrible atmosphere as there is no team, constant competition which leaves terrible atmosphere on the floor. constant revolving door there due to the work environment and the stress that is caused there,
