      Pros

      Great place to work. The company really look after their staff. I'll be moving with N-able when we spin-off from SolarWinds but have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

      Cons

      If you don't like a fast paced environment then this isn't for you. Not a con for me but may be for others.
