      Pros

      Customers really like all products.

      Cons

      customers hate being called by different reps every month to see if they'll buy more stuff. management is all ingrown...no new ideas coming in. has wacky transaction oriented vision that won't scale.

      Pros

      Free coffee and food. Good wage but not worth the stress

      Cons

      Poor management. Single minded framework. Unless you are sales frantic steer clear. They employ the 'hard sell' model. Customers become abusive with the solarwinds approach. They love yes men. If you are an overly aggressive sales person this company is for you.

      Pros

      I worked in the Austin office and Management has been actively making it a more fun place to work. People that thrive there can handle the fast pace. It is great to work with IT clients because they are professional and courteous. Management presses on you hard, but I enjoyed the challenge and stayed friendly to them and my tenure there was fun.

      Cons

      You have to average 7 calls an hour in order to keep up with new leads and existing open opportunities. I would stay late sometimes trying to make decisions on which accounts were dead and needed to be closed so I would know how to manage my next day better. Most quarters I noticed only 18% of the salesforce hit quota, but I made 60K without hitting quota and is my reason for 4 stars along with the fact that I loved my teammates and had a blast at all the work events.
