      Pros

      Very interesting business model: highly transactional and web-based. Profitable company that pays well (base, bonus and stock). Nice perks.

      Cons

      NYSE company run like family business. CEO involved in every decision. Limited vision and strong belief that there is only one way, the SolarWinds way. Only employee motivator is money. High turnaround in most departments.

      Challenging, fast growing, dynamic, but also a bit chaotic company

      Pros

      Interesting Job, cool work environment in a great location, good system of benefits, interesting and highly intelligent colleagues

      Cons

      Raising fluctuation of the employees, distant cooperation finds some technical limitations, all-hands meetings are full of managerial bullshits, internal processes are becoming too long as the company is growing, no travel possibilities on the junior roles for the most of the teams, below average salaries comparing to some of the local start-ups.
