      There are still some great, talented, people here.

      There is a massive ego problem at the top levels of IT. They are led by people who haven't touched a keyboard in 10+ years, yet they refuse to listen to the senior staff currently in the trenches. They are chasing a technical vision they don't understand, nor does it make sense, and instead of admitting they need help, they’ve decimated the IT and Security teams. It’s a recipe for a system wide collapse. For a company that was once breached, you would think they would have learned.
