Some decent tenured employees who are preventing this ship from sinking

Cons

The CEO and his cronies, primarily the HR, have driven this company down the drain. Their sloganeering on CARE is limited to the farcical meetings that they conduct regularly. These meetings only further bloat their already bloated egos, resulting in advertising these so-called CARE values on LinkedIn.

Cons

A few years of demise, from the top it's spreading down and this has become a negative company to work within. Sales Leader seems is out of their depth, it's a complain fest all day as nobody is working together as a team.

I work with a great team with a lot of camaraderie and wonderful manager. Free lunches are nice

Cons

All we heard about for months was the upcoming IPO. The day of the IPO we had all of these celebrations yet none of the employees received options. I spoke to someone at Sr. Director level which is where their executive level starts, and she got nothing. Someone obviously got rich but it was not anyone on the SolarWinds MSP team. If they plan to include stock options in our bonuses, they are keeping it a big secret. This is not cool and not how things are done at companies that want to attract talent
