      Salary, some corporate perks (mostly food, HH). A couple of nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Oh boy, where do I start? No marketing best practices in place. Zero customer centric messaging. SW's marketing strategy relies on spamming customers with emails, siloed and disparate activities, and attending irrelevant events. Bunch of people faking it and barely making it. It's painful to witness the lack of experience. Management (old and new) is not genuinely interested in listening to employees' advice. Despite various attempts to change the culture, marketing teams remain siloed."

      Competitive salary for some. I need to add words due to this system needing 5 word min.

      Cons

      There is no real individual contribution. You're asked for your thoughts and then told why you’re wrong then told what to do. Passive aggressive management and cronyism. There is very little knowledge of how to actually execute because most people in power grew up within the company or were brought in because of their willingness to tow the line. Besides being the worst place I have ever worked in my entire career it was the most stressful.
