      Strong business, old school management

      Pros

      The company makes money. A surprising amount of it which is generously passed on to employees through raises, bonuses and stock awards. The new CEO is an admirable guy.

      Cons

      They are anti-remote working, despite producing so many products that help other companies work remotely. Old school management will expect 50-60 hours in your cubicle. They really need to follow the trend of other tech companies and allow hybrid working at least, we lost too many good employees because of this outdated policy.
