      Pros

      After the Sunburst cyberattack the company has changed a lot. For better. Not only from the sucurity perspective but also the projects we are working are really exciting and could make us a lot of money :)

      Cons

      Some product management decisions are questionable. A lot of new features are coming from engineering. Which can be a good thing but still we need to validate with the market and I think PM's could do a better job.
