Pros

Fast paced environment that is constantly changing. Good amount of sales leads coming in. Products are fully functional for 30 days for free, so interesting and deep questions from demos.

Cons

Don't care much about people, and leadership constantly shows that everyone is replaceable. A lot of arrogance in leadership and phycological games.

Pros

My coworkers were smart, dedicated, and very good at their jobs. Compensation was decent and benefits were great.

Cons

Power games and little interest in employee input made for a very stressful environment. Getting the training or tools you needed to do your job could be really tough. Few defined career paths, with little or no encouragement to grow within company. Fox News on the break area TVs, with no way to change the channel. Eeek.

Great pay and benefits. Nice perks including office gym and catered lunches twice per week.

Cons

the entire department was reorganized every quarter. Made it very difficult to get process continuity for larger projects.
