Previously had excellent products. Some talented and dedicated employees, although they often felt trapped in their positions.

Cons

The company is dead with zero growth potential. Management is directionless, wasting resources by building new teams only to dismantle them within a year. Loyal and dedicated employees are driven out and treated with utter disrespect. Rampant favoritism as management hires their friends, relegating the rest of the employees to second-class status.
