      Management talks down to you like you are an idiot. Same work over and over. TON of pressure put on one individual to uphold certain projects that actually require 3-4 people to do the work, which they simply will not hire due to “budget cuts” due to the hack. Lack of compassion and understanding amongst coworkers. Work computers crash constantly and they programs run very slowly.
